Blackberry 8520 purchased on 30-10-2010 from "Geet Ganga Telecom, 205, 22, Civil Lines, Roorkee - 247667 Mob - 9897009908" I would like to state that i cannot use any sim card in this phone as there was a pin broken which give support to sim, i realised when i was in roorkee and my delhi number was not working few days after my phone declined to read any sim. As a result of which i approached Blackberry service center and they told me Sim Pin broken will not come under warranty, its not even 3 months now sim card pin will only break if you poke it with any sharp object. I am phone freak and i am sure this is not my fault. Please suggest whats the correct resolution for the same...
