from Riddhi siddhi communications, Jamnagar, Gujarat. It is a authorized dealer. On 25/06/2010 my phone stopped working. It got switched off while browsing web and never got on since then and doesn't show charging.
I shifted permanently to Jaipur on 22/06 so I went to authorised service center in Jaipur which is RT Outsourcing.
They kept my handset for 3 days and said that it will get replaced only from Jamnagar which is 20 hours journey from here.
Today on 03/07/2010 I went to them and they said that they cannot get my handset replaced but can only replace its PCB.

As I am a privilege Sony Ericsson's customer and buying a 31,000 Rs handset and getting it opened just after 15 days is not right. I want a full handset replacement. As my handset has India wide warranty and is with bill and box and within warranty. I know the procedures and rules.
Please see to this matter and get my whole handset replaced ASAP otherwise I am Bound to take any and all legal actions against Sony Ericsson.
