I have given a Haier G111 mobile handset to service center in Haldia on 13/04/2010 but still now their authorised representative could not get any hopefull answer and as well as any specific date pls look after the same.

Sir,

I have a Haier G11 mobile. when I connect to the PC a message showing that "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it", so I can,t brows with my PC through USB. Please give me one solution for that.
