Dear Sir,
I have purchase LG 235 CDMA handset on 2 Feb 2011 and was being used under warranty period. This handset got one proble in Send Button. As I press it once to see my called numbers logs as its feature but it dials very first number from called logs. It was only problem. which should not happen I have submitted this for repair under warrany under Jon no RNA 120112054111 to LG service center situated at Laxmi Smriti Cooperating housing society, Shope no 1, Infront of Bal Ganesh Tample Charai, Thane (West), Maharastra Ph no 022 25443650 on 12/01/2012. Untrained Technician open the handset which is caused to destoy its all PCB functionality and lost all the data available in my hanset and becom unfuctional. LG service center assured me to give me handset after making it functional within seven days. Already 15 days have peen passed I am not getting my handset after repaired and visited many times to this service center.
I request you to plaes file an on line cosumer complaint agaist this service center & LG Electronics and initiate appropriate action aagaist these private bodies and help me in resolving this problm.
