i am divya , i had purchased a samsung corby text from sec 18 noida on 9 mar 10, n after two months there were sum problem in my phone then i submit it to the service center which is located in sec 18 noida ,near vinayak hospital,which is taking care by the Mr Tiwari there, they keeps on giving me time ,that come next week come after 5dys n all,bt finally when it stretch to one month ,i went there to collect my phone ,they said that our executive stolen lots of mobile from there,n my phone has been stolen now.
and i hv a slip also,they have done a fraud with us they have put sign on my receiving also. i am very much disturb ,i want my set back else i want the money back.

kindly do something ,it gives a bad impact to the company.they are doing fraud by under taking a service center of samsung. kindly respond to me what u can do for me,i have bill n everything in written.
