We purchased a samsung corby GT-S3653 model on 25/1/2010, from invitation electronics located in south extension part 2. It was working properly till two months of purchase then it started giving problems with its battery and abnormally heating up. By the time it was 5 months of purchase the phone' battery was close to finished as it would regularly heat up after using and the battery lasted for about 2 hours.The phone was within its warranty period so we approached the shop where we bought the phone and they directed us to the samsung service centre in nehru place.
The problem was with the motherboard and they promised to fix it in 3 days.Delaying, they finally returned the phone after a week. As soon as it came back we noticed there was a problem with the touch screen and it was not working properly.We sent it back and they said it would get fixed in a day or two. It has been 3 weeks since then and everytime we call they give a two more day promise and then say the part hasn't arrived. They harass us on the phone and when we ask for the mobile back they say it would get fixed soon and dont even return it. My daughter who was using the phone has trouble communicating with us and it is highly inconvenient. We request you to look into the matter as we need either a substitute phone or the mobile back as soon as possible. We don't have enough resources to purchase another phone right now. Kindly take appropriate action. Thanking you for the same.
