Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered Alcatel 802-Y-Black-silver Mobile phone through Hope shop 18 which was delivered to me on 19/11 at 12.00. After checking the phone, in the evening I found the camera is grossly faulty. All images are coming shadowed and greenish. I have tried all settings and came to conclusion that it is making incorrect mixture of colours. Every thing is in green, though sepia green setting is not done. Even a red object is photographed as green. When I cover the camera lens, there are lots of green pixels on phone screen observed. My friend has same model purchased from Big Bazar, do not have this problem and photo quality is good. Supplier of this phone to

In the evening I called hope shop 18 and requested to replace this item. They have denied to this request and tell me to contact your service centre on 9971152860. When I called your service centre, nobody was picking up phone. Mail sent to customersupport@pactelindia.com is bouncing back indicating non-existent e-mail address. I do not know what to do really

Because of paucity of time I booked through on-line shopping and really do not have much time to visit your service centre again and again.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND when a brand new phone is delivered, why it is not checked by your supplier. This is clear case of MANUFACTURING DEFECT, so
why your supplier will not replace it ?? I AM NOT USING THE PHONE AND IS KEPT AS IT IS BRAND NEW. What I feel is this is clearly against consumer law and I request you to take early action on this.
