I am an Engineer working for a software company in Chennai.I would like to bring you into the notice about the channel HOME SHOP 18 which sells different Electronic and lifestyle products

Via there 24 hour channel.Sir, I feels absolutely hated about this channel because the products which they show in the TV and the product which they send to your house are completely

different.I bought a touch screen dual sim phone via the channel after being impressed by there advertisement. But to my horror the phone that they send actually is nothing but

a child’s toy.Just after 1 month of its use the IMEI number was blocked by all the cell operators.The total memory of the cell is only 500kb.Just imagine a phone which has a

MP3 player,a camera and a video recoder..its total memoty is only 500kb.Its a utter shame.I cud load only a 10sec ringtome only and nothing else.(The phone has

No extendable memory)To add to the hatred it stores the charge in its bullshit battery not even for one day.Sir, I am son of this nation and I don't want other people to suffer as well..thts the reason I am writing to you.I request you to take stringent action against such fraudulent businessmen and tell me the process to book

such people as I am ready to go till High court to bring such rowdy people to book.
