i kumar sourav (Rohini) have been using spice qt-56 from last few months,
suddenly there is a problem with my mobile phone,and i have submitted my
mobile to nearest HotSpot outlet which is in PRASHANT VIHAR market on 23-03-11,
and when i went to ask about my mobile, they people said to me, i have sent your mobile
03-04-11, than i asked Mr. KAMAL and Mr. sandeep Kumar why did you send my mobile so late?
than they told me we dont have any boy thats why.than i told him u should inform me than they people
was using wrong language. Than i told him i am going to complain HOT SPOT, than they people
told me whatever u want to do u can do? i dont have any type of tension,Even i was talking to Customer care
and i said to kamal and sandeep plese talk to customer care than they refused. So sir being a customer i am requesting
to you kindly solve this issue.Because sir they people dont have manners how to talk with customers?
