8751 Book No. 176. The box containing the mobile phone had a list of accessories printed on it. On opening

the box I found that the sealed was tempered. The 3.5mm ear-jack as shown printed on the box was with

some other Samsung earjack. The seals of most of the Mobile Sets being sold in this retail showroom are

tempered with, and it seems their accessories are replaced and later sold seperately. Will the Company will

look into the matter and also arrange to provide me the original 3.5 mm ear-.jack.
