I purchased HTC Explorer smart phone in January 2012. It does not synchronize with my PC, which has Windows 7 Ultimate OS. I had repeatedly contacted their customer support, who insist that my system should be checked. I had my system checked by very good System persons, who have declared my system to be in perfect order.
I am beginning to wonder if the claim of HTC that it is a smart phone is true at all. I am able to connect my ordinary NOKIA N95 with my PC.
Can Someone advise what I should do ?
