Dear HTC

We had purchased a HTC RHYME handset. We are very dissatisfied with the purchase. And would like the handset to be returned with a complete refund.

I have been using Sony Ericsson and Blackberry for 10 & 5 years respectively without any complaints and excellent service. I changed over to HTC from Sony Ericsson this year with a promise of better experience. However I am not at all satisfied with the experience of the product and customer service.

1. In the promotion page on the India HTC webpage. Some accessories have been shown which can be used along with mobile for a better experience. We bought the phone keeping accessories in mind but these accessories are not available in India. And there is no clear picture from HTC India Service Centre and Customer Service on this. And the better experience promised on promotion page is not fulfilled.

2. The touch screen is not responding sometimes

3. The wired hands free provided with the handset has problems - very low volume and left earpiece doesn’t work sometimes.

Pls look into this matter and advise promptly

I am having sync problem with my HTC Explorer phone, which I bought in Jan 2012. . I think this company does not deliver what they promise. Their customer support is also not responsive. I am wondering what should be done.
