i was purchase a htc touch phone on aug 08 with extended warranty for one yeari.e aug 10 from croma store,himalaya mall,ahmedabad.at present my phones touch pad is not working.so i was complain at croma but they people said that you registar your complain at your toll free no.so i was register my complain before 18 days .they said that we will callbak to you.but no responce.so i call next day .replied are same we will call back.after three times i call forth timeyour represent said that there was no complain registerd.you registered new complain so i registered complain they give me complain no as above and said call back to you within 24 hours.there was no reply.so i went to croma store and meet your officer mr.chirag.he called mr.akash at bombay tata aig.and he give address of your service station jues communication at amedabad,i went there and give my phone and collect receipt.after 2 days a call recd from some other service station at mardia plaza.ahmedabad they say that there was a problem of motherboard and you have to pay 2000 rs for that so i call me akash,bombay.he said i will call you within 30 minutes.but no reply,so i call twice to himbut no reply.my contect no:9624024862.kindly do the needfull.that there is the image of TATA company which your stores will loss.
