Dear sir,
Myself somesh sharma purchasing Aircell idos huwai handset Model no. U8150(TATA DOCOMO) Bearing IMEI No. 355093042037636 Purchasing on 10/4/2011. I am satisfied with the performance of my phone till september. But , suddenly its gone switch off and never switch on again on restart. So, I give the phone in SHIVOM ENTERPRISES,G 16 GREEN WOOD CITY,SECTOR 40,GURGEON on 26/09/2011 which nearby to my office. Afterall,the response regarding my phone is-
1. There is a problem in motherboard which we dont have the same and order to company and replaced it with defective one.
2. Afterthat, we reacive the same but problem not rectified.so, we gives a new phone from company and follow up starts with me also from chennai.
In alll that ,After taking the two months for repairing/replacement i got worst reply from service center of MR. ASLAM regarding my phone problem not covered in warranty and no replacement by company rejection. And he also not explained the reason of rejection of warranty failure and misguide the customer from two months. I am totally dissatisfied with the service and the product o the company.
I am also the Service Manager in Automobile industry and proper addressed & explaination to customer of defect,faiure and rejection(if customer negligence) with rejection note.
So, Please Please help me regarding the same in customer favour and satisfaction to improve your bussiness quality.
