    Dear Sir,

    Myself Enamul HoqueI have ordered purchase of Mobile Phone model NKTEL A8800 Free Bluetooth and Internet ready through Naaptol. Order No. is 252469 Dated the 26/03/2010I received delivery of said mobile phone on 8th 03-04-2010 at 7.30.pm...

    Further as per your advertisement in the Mail Today of 20th March, 2010 edition, the undersigned placed an order for NKTEL A8800 Internet Ready Dual Sim Touch Screen GSM Mobile Phone for Rs. 3999/-. However, I am yet to receive assured gift voucher worth Rs. 2000/- which was promised to be delivered with the Mobile Handset.
    I have informed the Customer Care of Naaptol on various occasions vide complaint number 38842 on 7th April, 2010 on which they assured me that my gift voucher will be delivered in 7-10 working days. However, it is a sorry state of affairs being handled at NAAPTOL. I am once again requesting you to please send me my gift voucher at the earliest failing which I will be forced to approach the Consumer Court since the NAAPTOL Company has failed to fulfill its commitment and should adhere to consumer welfare norms instead of harassing its customers.
