Dear Sir,

I have purchase a cell phone for Sony Ericsson Company. The phone details are :- Model No-T715 Dated 20th Dec 2009, Rate 9750/-
I am facing a problem in my headset when i am charge this phone charging shows but can’t charge. i was submit 4th Times my headset for the same problem to Sony Ericsson service centre which is in Lajpat Nagar Part-2 there telephone no is 01146502595. still i am still facing same problem my problem is not rectified. This time i am not submitted my phone again and again in service centre.

I am attached my all papers which i received Sony Ericsson service centre. And my phone bill also.

This is my humble request you please help me now what should i do where i can go register my complaint against my cell phone.
