My mobile i9700 which i purchased from Tele Shop24 daily advertisement on animal planet channel . the battery drains any time after charging it for n number of times. the mobile is CHINA MADE. The cover and extra battery with MP3 shown in the advertisement was not delivered with it. After regourious follow up on Telephone Number +919338522776/5/7/8/80 I got a POD no of courier for the extra battery and cover which was fake.I paid Rs.4970/-(Four thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy rupees only) for the handset and it was a complete disaster.I would like consumer forum to please help me out solving my problem.
