Hi,
This is about I purchased a new mobile from India times Shopping online. But when I received my product I found there is defect in it. It was not detecting the SIM. When I call customer care of India times they register a complaint and said they will replace this product. It took more than 20 days to them arrange reverse pickup of this product. And after reverse pickup when I inquire about replacement they informed me that as this mobile is in under warranty I need to take this to service center. And they send back my product but I haven’t received that product yet. It’s more than a month now. I contacted to currier guys they also said they will make this product to deliver at my door step within 2 working days. But it’s now more than 10 days going to be happen but no response from both currier company even from India times shopping . I am attaching the email chain I had with Currier Company where I have CC to India time escalation person email address but he never response on this.
I have such a bad experience with India times I want to take action against them can someone please help me on this.
