Hello,

My name is Mamta Punjabi. i had bought a Blackberry bold 9000 (white) on 11th april 2010 from Reliance Digital (vashi). The back panel of the phone was turning blue so after 28days of purchase i had taken the phone to reliance and complained. They had cleaned it and returned the phone to me in 2days. But now again after one month it has turned blue and now officials at reliance are not taking any responsibility of cleaning it or replacing it. When demanded a credit voucher they asked me to take care of the case by myself.
Please take care of this complain.. waiting for your reply.
