i am veeresh i had purchased Karbon KC 555 (Dual Sim) From Cell World Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad, on DT:18/Nov/2010. my mobile got struck on DT: 20-oct-2011 (i had warranty) and went to Prime Tech Services(Authorised Karbon service centre) Sagar Plaza abids, for Servicing. Till Date i visited 7 times they said it will take at least 50-60 Days if you want go to bangalore for get status of your phone.How carelessly he had speaking to me (today even if you want go to consumer court) please help me need full ( i had every thing bill, box and receipt of prime tech services).
