I purchased above said phone on 12/12/11. It is still in the warranty period. I gave my mobile phone to Karbonn service center on 16/12/11 for servicing and also i asked for replacement but they did not do that. It is having display problem. I have called the service center several times and went there also many times but they are not giving my phone back. Every time i go, they say come after 2 days. It has been more than 1 months but they are not responding to my problem.
Please look into this.
