I have purchased a Micromax Q5 fb mobile on 12 March 2010. The mobile is showing problem since last few weeks. Whenever I unplug the earphone, the mobile still shows earphone mode. Hence the speaker & ear-piece stops working. The mode can't be changed, even restoring to factory settings does not work. When I went to Micromax service center in Pune for check up, I found that the service centers have been closed. I had already raised a complaint on the company website. But i got no response.
When I tried to find out the problem with mobile sellers, I found that this problem is there in 90 % of its handset. Hence the company is making a low quality mobile set & not making its customer aware of it.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
