I have purchased a Micromax Q5 fb mobile on 12 March 2010. The mobile is showing problem since last few weeks. Whenever I unplug the earphone, the mobile still shows earphone mode. Hence the speaker & ear-piece stops working. The mode can't be changed, even restoring to factory settings does not work. When I went to Micromax service center in Pune for check up, I found that the service centers have been closed. I had already raised a complaint on the company website. But i got no response.
When I tried to find out the problem with mobile sellers, I found that this problem is there in 90 % of its handset. Hence the company is making a low quality mobile set & not making its customer aware of it.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Incidentally, this is the same issue that I am having with the same handset model coupled with other issues like headset and battery problem. I have been doing rounds of the service centers nearby my place to get these replaced for over a month and a half now and they are very adept in giving a run around. Now I fear that if I submit the handset I may get it back more damaged than being better after going through other complaints in this website and some of them are right in saying that if one tries to call at the office number given in the website nobody answers and no one gets back to you if you post a complain there in the website. They are just doing a malicious business and nothing more, busy sponsoring cricket tournaments and not taking care of core responsibilities. That is indeed funny.
