I have purchased LG Cookie plus GS500v mobile hand set from Mobile Stores Kalyan(W) on 19th June 2010. Wihtin two days when I loaded a video file I came to know that the video is not running smoothly or continuously.. Video stops and starts frequently and sound with video is fluttering. When I contacted Mobile Store on 22nd June 2010 for replacement as it has one year warranty, they asked me take the mobile to service centre. It was taken to LG Service centre on 23rd June 2010. Engineer at LG Mobile service centre Kalyan did some software upgrading but problem not solved.

Whom to contact further for getting replacement.

when i by this mobile that time the seller told me that it support mp4 video songs but when i load mp4 video songs they are not working properly or some songs were not open also

we can solve this problem if you actually has a pc . if you have pc you should install total video converter . after installing whichever video file you want you can import it to total video converter and then het the start converting button it will ask which format you select psp format normal quality and then start converting after converting transfer it to ur mobile and see
