The Consumers in India

My son had presented LG Handset CDMA on my birthday. After purchasing Mobille Handset I had got a tension in my life. The calls were made around 5000 during this time. All the calls made during the time was fully wasted.
AS a LG who has captured the Indian market consumers are being cheating and being made fool like me.
The company in its reply and communications totally denied to replace the handset. I asked to send me the details of manufacturing time and when it was discontinued but the company totally refused and had not replied till date. I had a very bad experience in being the consumer like LG.The company has created monopoly over the Indian market.
I suggest all the Indian consumers do not buy LG Mobile blindly or wrong advertisement .You may also be cheated like me. We are spending very hard money and the amount spent should be worth its investment.
I am planning to GIFT My handset to the chairman of LG INDIA at any function.
I am waiting the day time and moment for it
