i have already remind u about my lg cdma touch screen mobile but no solution given to me by lg customer care, lg service centre. i have already many times tried to call Mr. Vivek Pandy on mobile 9988099044 but no solution so far. finally this my last & humble request to you for proper solution of my cdma mobile as my mobile is not in working since last four months if there is no solution on your end i will go to CONSUMER COURT for my rights.

respected sir,
i have purchased cdma touch screen mobile lg510 ag bill no. 00394 dated 04/08/2011 from vishal video & appliances pvt.ltd.,noida. i received it on 08/08/2011 through DTDC Courier vide their track id D06610473. since 09/08/2011 onwards i am suffering from LG CDMA MOBILE. because on the same day when i start my mobile it shows a problem "check the battery" then i reset the battery & starts the phone, mobile starts functioning but on 11/08/2011 it gives me another problem when it is "swicth off" automatically then i restart the phone. on 13/08/2011 it gives me again same problem then i call customer care on 13/08/2011 then they advised me that today is saturday & our mobile department works upto 6 pm & tomarrow will be sunday you may contact us on monday.On 15/08/2011 i call to customer care and request them to solve my problem.then they provide me service center details of hoshiarpur. then on 16/08/2011 i visit to kuleep mobile store,dobian street, phagwara road, hoshiarpur, they sugest to me come on monday i.e. 22/08/2011 as she is unable to solve my problem and also asked that the service engineer would come on monday. then again on 22/08/2011 i visit to service center then they check my mobile and ask me to that they have to change the plate of mobile please come on tomarrow we will repair it as we have no mobile plate in our stock. i visit to center on 23/08/2011 but the answer is that sorry sir mobile plate is out of stock we will repair it tomarrow. on 24/08/2011 i got my phone after repairing but when i use it the problem is same. from 25/08/2011 i regular visit to service center for repairing the phone. they repair it again & again but the problem is till now same "automatically switch off" & "low battery".
therofore you are requested to look into the matter as i am very frustrated. i want to replace my mobile.
