I brought a brand new LG KP500 from Univercell mobiles,himayathnagar, on 3rd september 2010. However,I started facing problems within a month of use. I gave it for servicing to the authorized service center at himayathnagar on 15th of november. They asked me to pick it up the next day,but they later told me it was a motherboard problem and the motherboard had to be replaced and so they needed a week's time. When I went there after a week they said the parts were not available and they require another week. But,they have been using my phone for personal use. I asked them to contact me when they get the parts and took my phone. But it had scratches on the screen,it's buttons were worn out and when I later checked it,I found out that they have been using it. I want an action against it.
