Im NAVIN SHAH from RAIPUR, CHHATTISGARH.

i have bought a LG P500 (OPTIMUS ONE) on 10/6/2011... its not even 6 months
and its PCB got dead.

i asked the service center to replace the PCB or give me a new phone. but they making excuses and giving me some stupid reasons. i has been one week that i submitted my phone to the service center. today when i called they said that PCB WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

its under warranty period.

it is submitted to the service center and its id (service job no.)

i also emailed them a couple of times regarding this issue but no response.
plzzzz help me.... they are tending me to pay for the PCB. MY phone is in service center from one week.
plzz help me soon as possible. plzz get my phone or its PCB replaced.
