1. I have purchased LG Optimus p500 from " the Mobile STore " delhi cp branch on 27. 3 .11

2 . Now from this last week i am facing problem related to " SOMETIME BLANK DISPLAY" in my mobile.

3. On 18 jan 2012 i have taken my phone to the service centre " PASCHIM VIHAR " DELHI
after the physical check up they accept my phone and "changed the display" LCD. at that time my battery was low and i cant check my phone fully.

4. After charging when i opened my phone the colour of my display has changed . i cant see white colour . the white colour part is seems yellow. and the touch also wrorking very slow.

5. Then I dail the number of Lg customer care 180018009999. they give me the number of AREA SERVICE MANAGER DELHI i.e. Mr . VISHAL SHARMA

6. then i called mr. vishal sharma they told me that PLAESE VISIT JANAK PURI SERVICE CENTRE THEY WILL RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM .

7. THEN I GO TO JANAK PURI service centre . with the problem LCD NOT CLEAR AND TOUCH WORKING SLOW.
they cant resolve my problem " they told me taht we have changed 3 times lacd but the problem is not solving .
they made my whole set defective .
