Dear Sir,
I have purchased LG P 350 on 6th Oct. 2011 for my Brother. My brother stays in Karnataka. Till the date I am very frustrated. Phone not works properly. I have spent lots of time and money to Customer service and service center on LG.
I have complaint on 12th Oct. 2011 to coustomer service center at the time i was in Karnataka. they registered my complaint and said while coming back to delhi you can visit your nearest branch. i came Delhi of 29th Oct. 2011 and the same day 29th of Oct. 2011 I went to Jankpuri service center but they are unable to resolve the problem and told me I have sent request to our head office for resolve the problem. They returned my phone. I have sent complaint to LG service center they told me again visit to Janakpuri service center and submit for resolve the problem. I have submit the phone yesterday janakpuri branch. Yesterday I have tried sixteen (16) times of Mr. Vishal Sharma mobile number but he picked the phone and disconnects and set for number busy. What type of service you have provided to our customer. Are you making fool me? It is pathetic. I would like to say this is the worst service I have ever had.
Yesterday I have submitted my mobile phone to your Janakpuri branch. I want replace my phone set or reimburse my amount.
we have received e-mail from service center they given me phone no. of Mr. Vishal Sharma (9873336127). they told me call this no. he will help you out but .
