dear sir/mam,
i had purchased spice cdma c-4600 from hotspot outlet. the handset from the very first day creating problem
in incoming and outgoing sound quality.i am nt able to understand the other people sound on my phone and same problem is on another end.so i contact to spice service center. they change the mic and speaker more than 3 times but problem remain same.they kept my phone more than 1 month on service centre .finally they replaced it with new one but same problem exist in the replaced handset so please help me to register a case against spice mobile in consumer court.
