I have a very bitter experience with your Micromax Mobile Q7.
I brought a Micromax Q7 mobile phone from Spice Retail Shop i.e 21, Netaji Colony, B.T.Road, Tobin Road - 700036. Tin no is 19362258077 and customer id is 181633784, in the name of Paramita Ghosh at 28/06/10 at 19:39:00.
From the very next day I have notcied that the head phone is not working properly i.e one side is ok but the other side is not working. Can't here anything from the other side of the head phone and I was surprised and run back to the shop very next day and they have tested the phone with other head phones (more than one) and also admitted that the problem is coming from the phone and not from the headphone that is the phone was a defective one. I brought it with my hard earned money and with the expectation that I am purchasing one good brand new mobile from a branded company but alas! you people are selling a defective mobile intentionally to make people fool????
Is this the reputation of your companies mobile phone???? Are you people selling the defective product from the retail shop?
I am very much worried about my brand new purchased mobile phone which is not working properly.
Please do the needful and exchange my phone as soon as possible.
Dont play with the customer faith and money
