Dear Sir

I had bought a Nokia Cellphone on 29th Oct.09(Evening) from - ONE MOBILE , BIG BAZAAR, PANTALOON RETAIL INDIA LTD., Vasant Square Mall , Plot No. - A, Community Center, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Ph. No. - 011 -46000786 @ Rs - 10952/- ......On 30th oct the mic(out going voice) of the phone stops working , than i had called to the dealer as above said details. he suggested me to visit Nokia Care. so gone to Nokia care , Masoodpur on 31st, they people checkd mu phone in 2hr and told is working now, but after 4hr the phone was having the same problem. 1st nov was sunday again 2nd nov gone to masoodpur Nokia Care , than thay told they will send my phone to head office / nokia service center, will take around 15 days and only head office will decide this phone will repaired or not. than i had taken back the phone and again visited the dealer to whom i had bought this phone(..One Mobile, Big Bazaar, vasant Square Mall..), they told we can not do anything, if you were came to me within 24 hr. we can replace you phone - But i am not wrong here , because i had intimated to the dealer on 30th my phone is not working, that time only they could told me came to outlet and will see or replace your phone, Here thay had misguided me.

Further i gone to Nokia Care , Lajpat Nagar - job Sheet no. - 111433527/ 091112 / 39, Date - 12th Nov.09. Time - 13.44.after checking the phone they called me on 13.11.09 and stated that it will take 10days.

# Finally I got my Phone Repaired, But the phone is still having problem with its Out going Voice as very Low, Distort Sound it goes in a way.

Dear Sir i request you to replace my Cell phone and Provide me the another one. As stated above you can understatnd after paying Rs 10952 / i am sugffer only due to you Product, i always used to take leave from my office to get connect of touch with Nokia care, no1 is taking the pain of it Only i am, even incested in your Product, even yet Not the Result Came.

So Sick Your Wise Justification and again request you to replace my Phone.
