Dear Sir,
With due respect i beg to say that my maxx mobile charging socket stop working from last two months.I submitted my phone in maxx service centre to change the charging socket of my phone.The service centre engineer retuned my phone within app. two weeks but the charging socket works for only one time and stops working. I again give my phone in service centre but this time he told me that your phone plate is broken and he said that i am responsible for the broken plate and also said that i will take Rs. 250 to change the plate.The all problem is that my phone is in warranty time and should be repaired properly. I think you will pay attention to my problem and will do something good for me.

I have been tried ur coustomer numer from last one month but not reached. I want GC1000(old) charger which can charge the baterry sepretly so pls replay me where should i get this and cost.
