I HAD PURCHASE A MAXX CO. MOBILE SET IN APRIL 2010 FOR RS.4300/- BUT AFTER A WEEK THE BATTERY OF PH. FAIL TO WORK.SO I WENT THEIR SERVICE
CENTER THEY TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE NOT IN STOCK BATTERY SO YOU COME
NEXT WEEK.SO I PURCHASE LOCAL BATTERY FOR MY WORK BUT THAT WAS LOCAL BATTERY SO IT WAS ONLY FOR TEMPORAY WORK. AGAIN I WENT THERE
THE REPPLY WAS SAME AFTER ALL I PURCHASE OTHER MOBILE SET OF LG. CO.
BECAUSE I WAS HELPLESS AND MY WORK WAS SUFFER DUE TO USAGE OF MY
PH. WHEN I VISIT 3RD TIME HE TOLD ME YOU DEPOSITE YOUR BATTERY THEN
AFTER 15 DAYS YOU CAN GET IT SO I DEPOSITE THERE ON DT.13.06.2010 FROM
THAT DAY TILL TODAY I COULD NOT GET BATTERY FROM THEIR SERVICE CENTER
DUE TO THIS MAXX MOBILE CO SET I SPEND 4500/- RS EXTRA AND OTHER BATTERY ALSO AND WASTE MY TIME. SO MANY TIMES I CALL THIER CALL CENTER HEAD OFFICE BOMBAY ALSO AREA MANAGER BUT NO BOBY WAS HEAR
TO ME. NOW I HOPE AT YOUR JUGEMENT THAT YOU CAN TAKE ACTION AND
COMPENSHATE ME.
