I bought a maxx GC735 model handset on last 1st month of this year 2010 from a shop in perambalur, tamil nadu. after a month its started to have a unsent message in out box of GSM mode even i m only using that CDMA option of it.so i was sent to a authorized service center if trichy namely GAYATHRI ELECTRONICS. after they checked up they said its needed to be full formated.even i agreed and waited for 1 month when i got back after some days the same problem occoured. mean while this left undefined, there some water lock problem happened due to my sweating get in to it,so even i asked to clear the problem with service charges they are postponding it by saying spares not available for the past two months.so finally i didnt used the mobile even for a single month.kindly help me to rectify the outbox message problem or to get a good replacement. thanks for the opportunity given.
