I had purchased one Micro Max hand set, model Q3, M_IMEI .910001157596436, S_IMEI 910001158098456, from Galaxy mobile, Angul, Odisha on 07-02-2010,with an warranty period of one year. The said mobile set stopped working and was handed over to service center, "The Health" at Angul, Odisha on 26-06-2010 on Job Card no,3557 dtd.26-06-2010. The Health service centre comitted to replace the set with new one within a month. Even after regular followup, after two months, I could not get the new set on replacement of faulty set.

In this connection I request Consumer forum to look at the interest of customer. Also I request Consumer Forum to bring the notic of public, the way Micro Max mobile company and the service centre The health are harrasing the consumers.
