I am a Soldier of Indian Army. I had purchased a Micromax Mobile set on 27 Nov 2011. After less than 5 months from date of purchase, I had given this set for service at their Bangalore Service Centre at Srinivasa Mobile Care, Jayanagar, Bangalore on 21 Apr 2011 because left ear piece speaker was not working. They received it vide Job Card No 1756923 and said that there is a H/F connector port problem. After visiting them again and again they have not repaired it. At last they delivered me set in 3rd week of July 2011 taking approx 3 months in repairing the set. When I came back home with set and checked it, the problem was unchanged. When I went again to them, this time they said, your earphone is faulty, we cant repair it as accessory warranty is for 6 months only. I said to them that I am running to your office since 21 Apr 2011, but they refused to listen me. I also emailed a lot to their head office, but all fails. That is why, I am writing all this here, so that at least my this step will help others to be careful from a company like this.
