My name is Deepak Kumar. I purchased a mobile Micromax A-60 on dated
09/01/2011. on dated 02/12/2011 i got some problem in my mobile like
hanging, handfree not connection, loudspeaker, auto switch off etc. and i
gave my phone to micromax service center i.e. located at sec-27 noida,
named Satguru Communication on the next day i.e. 03/12/2011(Saturday). As
they told me to collect my phone on on Tuesday dated 06/12/2011 , i went
to the service center to collect my phone repaired. but they told me that
parts were not available yet , so i had to wait for more 2 days.

I went 8 times to take my phone from the service center but always they had
same answer. I complaint through online at info@micromaxinfo.com and Toll
free no. i.e. 18605008286 on dated 16/12/11, again they told me to collect my phone
after one week.

Again i went to service center on Friday (23/12/11) but again i received
same reply that parts are not available.
