i m anil frm haryana. sir i bought micromax a60 in ths jan... i found tht frm da left pot of hand free is not working .i went to global comminication hisar /micromax service centrend thy said me i had to submit handfree nd i submited it on care centre at hisar on dated 05/02/11.job card number is 1120746 i wz busy in checking out my handfree came or not. in ds aspect care centre giobal communication was showng no response for me ...so i callel their main help line number on dated20/03/11 .they gav me my complaint number...MMX1803119968....BY SAYING THT MY PROBLEM WILL SOLVE in a week but n its wz da same ...ds hand set also not working in gud manner like video stop playing after few minutes ....i told tht problem to the care centre owner but thy said me hand free to aany do... i got back after three months but the main problem in da set not in da set but stil is not workng thn thy said me it took 20to25 day to repair i pastly knw hows micromax care sercice works but nw set is not working properlythn i submitted nd sent my handset to the company on 01.10.11 .i didnt get any responc by
care or their main help line number...at last in got my set on
29.11.11.but i shockd on the set it burning nd volume key is not
workng i wnt bck to care nd thy said me it again has to snd in company now m still waiting 4 my set
