I bought this micromax phone from S.M. Telecom, Thakurpukur, Behala,West Bengal on 18 th October 2011.
Already the screen has become white. The phone was in display and they deny the fact that they have given me an unsealed pack. Now, if I agree that the phone wasn't on display, that means the company is so bad that a customer's simple handling can spoil it within 17 days. Or if the company is good then they have given me a 2nd hand, well-packed phone.
What should be my next step?
