i have a micro max mobile x1u with imei invelid problem. i give the mobile to micromax care center Zira in 4 month ago.but they did did not give bck me this mobile.please action to micromax care center Zira.

i am very angry with the service of panipat care center.my micromax q7 earphone has damaged.it is in warrenty period. I hav gone there 5-6 times but they are not providing solution against it.plz make attention towards it

I Imtiaj Mullaji have purchased videocon V1675 phone on 30 june 2010 IMEI no- 91004130047523but after opening it was found that camera is not working. I had submitted the phone in videocon service centre after which it was repaired after taking about seven days. But the camera flash was not working. Again I submitted the phone in videocon servics centre mobile was returned to me unrepaired as i could not check the mobile at that time because battery was discharged. Then I revisited the service centre as battery of the mobile was discharging very fast that time camera flash was repaired.
And now the charger is not able to charge the mobile and i have visited the sevice centre twice but they are not giving replacement even after mobile and charger is under warranty period.
Please help me as videocon service centre is not able to provide proper help and much of my time was wasted in visiting service centre but the mobile was not repaired properly
As i am totaly disapponted with videocon service centre because the reply given by their representative regarding replacement of charger is totally unsatisfactory.
I request you to help me in getting my money back.

But they did not give me answer. Plz any read this massage . give solution. I am waiting your reply.
