    this is kiran loy from mumbai. i was recommended that micromax cell is good. hence go w900 on april. it started giving problem by mid august. since its in warranty wasn't so worried. I went about searching for a micromax service center it took me 2 days, the site also deosn't have the customer care numbers, they have only 2 centers in mumbai (parel and kandivali.)

    I went to the center its just a mobile selling shop, small non a/c no place to sit have to crowd around at the counter to be heard.

    I gave them my cell, they had no knowledge on the working of w900. they tried 2 or 3 things with it, like reinstalling the software, fixing the touch pad, 3 days and after spending more money on travelling nothing worked.

    they said the board needs to be replaced and the cell will be given back if i am lucky in a months time.

    after that they haven't answered my calls. I am calling the gurgaon main customer care since then, they too have no clue when it will be ready, even they cant reach their customer care in mumbai

    I Lokesh and I have purchase a handset (micromax X-360) with invoice number DL/1166/00001/8587 from essar Telecom retail ltd. shop no-35, pitampura Delhi-10034 on 14 July 2010 but after 13 days hand free is not working then I reached your authorized service center which is Telecom System 84 avtar enclave paschim vihar dlehi-110063 on 7 aug 2010 they loged a complaint against it and executive incharge committed me that they will return it to me on 14 aug 2010 but still they are not responding and also call tried on 01145597092,9873645434 but they not picking the call . My Job Order Number is (TLIMMX-1900) kindly advice me what should I do. Kindly check & revert.

I went about searching for a micromax service center on net but its all wrong information and all wrong numbers feeded its not at all updated , the site also deosn't have the customer care numbers. No information is given properly on net, no contact numbers are working and really i am fed up with this Dirty company MICROMAX Which has made my life misserable and really waste of money and also time
    its a useless product wioth useless company who has provided this kind of phone

    PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPANY AND STOP FOOLING PEOPLE AROUND IF U CANT PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE DONT ENTER THE MARKET.

    BLOODY SHIT OF U ALL AND THE PEOLE WHO SELL UR PRODUCT.

    i want my hand set replace as they had promised me to give me a new hand set
    this is the 8th time in 3 months that i am coming for repair and still not done wat are they doing god knows.
    Please close ur company its not worth to be in the market

    Angry very bad experience with the micromax cell

    the mobile service is very bad : micro max x235 : cost 2400
    the day i bought it charged for 3 hours and then the next minute the battery goes dead and when took the customer care center they say that they cannot do anything.

    I Idresh and I have purchase a handset (micromax Q-2) with invoice number 783 from Panchsheell Mobiles shivaji nagar Linepar Moradabad on26 june 2010 but after 3 monthcell phone is not working then I reached your authorized service center which isAkshat Worldline Chadda complex gmd road Moradabad on 25 sept. 2010 they loged a complaint against it and executive incharge committed me that they will return it to me on 30 sept. 2010 but still they are not responding and also call tried on0591-3298884 but they not picking the call . kindly advice me what should I do. Kindly check & revert.please quickly action my subject.

    Default Micromax Q5 Handset out of order within 2 months from date of purchase

    This is to bring to everybody's knowledge that i have purchased a Micromax Q5 handset from Spice Retail Ltd. Shop No. 1062 , Opp parshavnath City Mall , Sonepat ( Haryana ) on 01-07-2010.
    It worked somehow upto 23/9/2010 and finally stopped proper functioning.
    First of all this is very pathetic that the device has gone into a DEAD Mode just in 2 months period of very MILD usage.
    Moreover on 24/9/2010 itself i have submitted the handset to the Customer Care Center in Sonepat upon assurance of re-delivery after repair of all the issues in a week time but now already 15 days have passed and the handset has not yet been repaired.

    You are requested to help me in this matter please.

    I purchased your Micromax Q5fb at Big C shop near Ameerpet Hyderabad.

    The following three things I tried but failed. There are NO step-by-step instructions in your user manual. You need to improve your user manual quality.

    • I am wanted to configure Email (under services option) - no clue how to do?
    • I am wanted to import contacts from my MS office outlooks to PHONE - no clue how to do?
    • I want configure Bluetooth (my laptop has Bluetooth) - no clue how to do?

    Appreciate if you could send me step-by-step instructions

    Mera ak din bahut bura guzra, meri wife ko maine bhirthday me q55 bling present kr diya. aisy bakvas company maine life me nahi dekhi. sirf 2 ghante me band ho gaya. aaj tk 4 mahine se nahi sudhra, na hi ab bdl kr de rahe hain. sales executive ghar me so raha hai malik swimming pool me dub raha hai. meri pukar hai hr desh ke naujavanon se mt lena is .... phone ko.

    Default Poor Services from MICROMAX Service Centers

    I am using Micromax GC275, it's automatically dead when i was charging it. So, i went to Micromax Service Center & gave to them for repairing. They told me that you can received next day. I went there after 5 days & ask for My Mobile then they told me that "Your Mobile is not repair yet". I ask why, then they reply me, "I don't have Software of it" then i ask if you don't have software then why don't you told me that before. then the owner of service center came & ask what happen, i discussed with him same, then he ask operator again then operator reply him "Sir, We don't have Data Cable for GC275". It's very suffering/disappointing that in front of me that operator lie.

    Then i ask for solution... Then they gave me other Service Center Address.

    I went there next day... when i reach there & ask for repair my mobile. I gave them my original bill. After that they immediate told me you don't have VAT no on it. so you have to bring the same.
    I told them i will give you but they won't agree.

    I went that shop where i was purchased that cell, then they told me we don't have VAT Number.

    However, my cell has been dead from 2 week now i don't have solution yet. Please guide me what to do.

    Angry Problem with MicromaxQ5

    I have purchased Q5 in mobile store, on april 11th of this year, it has worked fine for 3-4 months, then when ever i open camera mobile gets hanged(i should have used like that only but) i approached to service center people in the month of august they said there is some problem in board and need to send to the head office and it takes minimum of 30 days, as i dont have no other option i said ok and after 15 days i callled them to follow up reagarding my mobile, they said it is solved and i can take it, i took mobile and about to leave before that swithched on mobile and saw welcome screen is differed when compared with before then welcome screen also differed, so checked IMEI no. and it was also not matching, when i went back and asked them they are saying that technician might have inserted other customer board to you, when i asked why didnt you inform me this before for that his reply is as you kow to check IMEI no. you checked and asking us but many of the customers doesnt check all this things they just switch on the mobile and check whether the problem is solved or not, i asked what made you to solve the problem here it self with out sending to head office after i agreed to send it, they were saying we thought of you and resolved the problem here itself so that you can use it quickly(didnt intimate that my mobile was fixed with problem till i call them after 15 days), some how sent it to head office and got my mobile back after other 15 days, the same in the night i kept charging after sometime i removed to make a call but it was not allowing and saying the error as battery low and cannot make the call, after 1 hour i tried the same problem, so i was back to service center they took a day or two and returned it back and after 2 days its back with different problem this time phone gets switch off with out my notice, as usual back to service center they took 2 days and returned back it worked fine for 7-10 days and then gets switch off while talking or dailing the phone. Last Wednesday i.e 24-11-10 i have visited to service center and on thursday they said it is solved i asked them to use for 2 days and i collected it on friday evening and saturday again the same problem.

    The service center is 10 kms far from my place, so it is not possible for me to go when ever i want, i am an employee so i am going after few days of my mobile problem. in that way i didnt even use exactly 10 days continuously since august

    Default New Mobile set is not charging

    I have purchased Micromax X-600 on dated 14.10.2010 vide EMI NO :- 910528501973712 for Rs. 4,495/- from PLANET M Addresss : A 1/1, Village Sikadarpur, West Jyoti Nagar Extn, Near Durgapuri Chowk, Loni Road, Shahdra, Delhi - 110094 having phone no. 011-22594024 & 224594029

    But sir on 19th Oct, 2010 my charging jack of mobile was not working and i submit the mobile to SAMEER TELECOM, in Bhajanpura a service center of Micromax, and they have told me that they will do the phone repaired and there is a charges of Rs. 205 and i was agreed and after two days they gave my phone back but after going home and checking mobile the mobile was not charging properly. then i go again to sameer telecom they have suggested me that there is a problem in charger so kindly bring charger tommorrow.

    But when i went next day with charger they told me that there is no new charger available, so you can go to another newly opend service center of Micro max "SHRI KRISHNA COMMUNICATION" Add :- E-7, Basement, Jyoti Coloney, 100 Ft Road, Opp. Konark Public School, Shahdra, delhi - 110032, and i have met with the person Mr. Firoz who was last working in Sameer Telecom and he have suggested that the phone was totally damaged by sameer telecom, so you can go to sameer telecom with your complaint.

    So, sir kindly sort out my problem as soon as possible

    Dear Sir,

    Iam Aleem from HYD, I have purchased micromax x550 in mobile Sep 10, That headset has outgoing cal problem ,wen headset is connected to the mobile.Other person can not haear our voice. So, i hav handedover that headset at servicing center, they said that it will take 15days, Now 1 month over, still i didnt get my headset, no proper responce at servicing center.

    Thi si for your kind reference ,& immediate action.

    its been 3 months, since i gave my micromax cellphone to the customer care and i havent recieved it yet, i wud lyk to bring to ur notice micromax service is worst, their customer care offices are the worst, they dont respond to ur cals nd lie evertym u go urself to the customer care, i m in kharghar nd i m a student, evryday i travel for my cellphone, but to no avail, i want my cellphone back

    i bought micromax mobile x100 on date 21-12-10 and i found on 22-12-10 that mobile has problem and switched off automatically. I got it checked from micromax showroom in gurgaon from where i bought this mobile. He checked for 5mins and same time mobile worked properly and not switched off.
    but it again creating problem time and again. Help Me.

    I purchashed micromax handset h360 worth rs 5400 from ravi music,rawatbhat wide bill no-1254 and from day one its opera mini and other softwares were found not working ,shopkeeper told to contact service center(taparia cellullar,275,shopping center,kota,09887039816)customer job card no-885216, there they taken handset on 14.12.2010 said they will load new software and deliver on 21.12.2010,then told on 03.01.2011,now saying they will deliver it after 20 days as handset were at jaipur service center.i repeated told them that plz return my handset w/o software loading but express unwillingness

    When i submitted my handset to micromax service centre they take 10 days to solve my problem.
    After 10 days, i went to recover my handset,they take 5 days to return, again. Now it has become more then
    2 and half months, cervice centre did not return my handset. My handset is in WARRANTY. Also, they do not give me proper DELIVERY DATE.
    So, i shall be highly obliged to you, if you can do something in this regard.

    Exclamation Service Guide for Micromax Mobile X265

    No Service Guide was given to me with the Set when I purchased Micromax X265. It was, however, very clearly written in the User Guide that a Service Guide was enclosed in the pack.

    So, I wrote to Micromax, requesting them to let me have at least a SOFT copy of the Service Guide. They avoided my request. I repeatedly asked them to let me have a copy of their Service Guide - as written in User Guide. But no response was received.

    I feel it is mandatory for the Mobile manufacturers to give a copy of the Service Guide along with their mobile sets. Otherwise they would not have written so. Nevertheless, at the same time, for some confidential reason, they do not actually want their customers to get that Service Guide!

    I want Micromax to provide me with a copy of the Service Guide as written in the User Guide.
