    I was send my defected hand set in your Micromax service centre,195 Barasat road N.C.P. Barackpur dated-18.06.11 My handset defected by white display. Job order no.1116,Model no.X235,IMEI1-910045002701245,IMEI2-910045003202243. I can not receive yet. There was already left 1 month, sorry to say I have making any wrong desicion to buying your company's mobile handset?????? please answer me anxiously waiting for your answer.

    Default Complain for Mobile display (Mobile under warranty )

    I give my phone for display repairing as on date 30-06-2011 and then they give commitment to me return as on 01-08-2011 as per telephone communication they told me phone ready to dispatch with repairing . But there is not phone ready ,
    This is very bad experience in your authorized service center in Hadapsar pune .
    Regain is there is not display in service center .

    this is hiral sharma from surat. i have had my micromax phone before about 11 month. but it staarted giving problems me within 15 days only. and i havebeen giving my phone for service in the micromax service center since last 7 months but there is no cure to it yet and my phone is not serviced yet.
    the emploees over there dont even know the single thing that how to cure problems. they behave very rudely as if they are illiterates.

    there is no use of my phone now. i want it serviced as soon as possible.

    i am resigned now...........

    This is Aravind from Mumbai, I bought a Micromax phone in May 2011 by ordering it through flipkart. One fine day in July, the display lost color. I gave it to the Prodcon Tech Services in Andheri East. The service was pathetic and was made to wait for 3 hours. By around 7 in the evening they tell that display has to be replaced and I need to deposit my phone for 15 days. They actually tampered with display and it was not completely working now, hence i could notget it back. It has been over 25 days and still they have not returned my mobile, they simply tell some reason. I want to sue them. Please let me know , i dont have a phone and am relying on my friends phone. I dont have any contacts also. this is posing a lot of difficulty. please let me know the procedure to sue Micromax and their service center

    I am Jeetendra PAthak ,
    I have bought the mobile from the micromax retail store named New mohan mobile shopee.model micromaxC2i IMEI no. A1000001367607D. dt15.8.2010. it started problem 2month early of its waranty period.
    we have taken to repaire center M/s Shivam Telecom,Vidarbha Housing colony Chowk,Ramnagar,Datala Rd,Chandrapur.mo.9272133759 and kept lingering for around two months and at the end on 2.9.2011 they noted on notesheet as Dead and gave ELS approval. further guided me to the purchased store M/s New mohan mobile shopee. for geting the mobile replaced with new mobile. But when I went to the store for replacment the store representative said the M/sMicromax Informatics Ltd have stoped the product and so he dont have the replacement and so their is no solution to the complaint.

    Please registed my complaint and do the needful action to resolve the complaint.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I had very bad experience with your service center in Agra Uttar Pradesh. I gave my mobile to your authorized service center located opposite kohinoor bar sanjay place Agra. Your service provider told me to come after one or one and half hour and collect your phone. I had asked about recieving but in good faith they told to collect the mobile after one or one and half hour. Due to some important work i was unable to collect the phone yesterday.
    In good faith considering your service center as your representative of your company i went to toady to collect the mobile phone. Your service provider misbehave with me and asked about the recieving which they did not give to us. They were saying that mobile was taken by someone else after showing the xerox of original invoice reciept which possessed by me.
    Tommorow again i will go and asking about my mobile if they behave in same manner than i have to take legal action. Kindly give the instruction to your service center to act bonafide with the customer acting in good faith. I am Advocate in Agra, the mobile features are given below.

    Default Micromax Q7 problem. 2 months and no proper response from micromax

    Sir/Madam,
    My mobile (Micromax Q7) bought in January 2011 went completely dead all of a sudden in August 2011. So, I gave the handset for repair to M/S Mobile Gallery, 1 st Floor,137-A, North Street, Madurai-625001 on 17-08-11 and was promised that I would get it in 20 days.Its been more than a month and i lodged a complaint (Complaint no : MMS2009116131) and again I was promised delivery within 7 days but . Now Iam getting completely frustrated by this poor pathetic service and worried over the fact that I have bought a micromax Q80 now without knowing the sales backup of this company.Being a ISO9001 company,Micromax cannot have a Service Delivery Time of more than a month.
    Please advise on the next step that I should take.

    Cool Having same bad experience with micromax

    This is Deepak from Bengaluru.

    Even I bought one basic low end cell phone from Micromax x1i+. It worked for 6 months and started to shut down by itself and hands free not working. I gave it to a service center in bangalore on Aug 8, 2011 and still waiting for it. Everytime I call up the the service center and they ask me to follow up next week or after 15 days. Really fed up of this.

    Now I am surprised to see so many people having same issues with micromax and this proves their crap service. I now know why people prefer branded quality cell phones. I learnt a lesson, Thank you Micromax.

    When i submitted my handset to micromax service centre they take 10 days to solve my problem.
    After 10 days, i went to recover my handset,they take 10 days to return, again. Now it has become more then
    cervice centre did not return my handset. My handset is in WARRANTY. Also, they do not give me proper DELIVERY DATE.
    So, i shall be highly obliged to you, if you can do something in this regard.

    Dear Sir.

    This is to inform you that i purchased a Micro max 256 duel Sim handset through Home shop 18 on 2nd Sep. but CDMA mode was not working immediate i contacted to Home shop 18 regarding this they suggested to contact to micro max service center at Jhansi UP,first i visited there they refuse to entertain this type of complaint this is a manufacturing defct, on 17th sep.again i visited there and give the handset for replacement , they deposited mobile and given me the date of 7th Oct .

    On 7th when i visited service center they said it will take another 1 week because it is not available in stock then i contacted them on 12th Oct. they informed me to wait some more days. it is not available in stock..(not exactly how much time it will take). I am highly busy person and got fed up with irresponsible attitude of service center. i have suffered a lot due to negligence of service center.

    can you please do something to resolve the issue?

    This is a matter of great regret that after more than 1 month when i collected my handset GC 256 from service center afetr reparing ,it was found that my problem is as it is, still CDMA port is not working, i informed service center they suggested they will check again in service center.now the hand set condition is worst after, no. of scratches found set after repairing.

    i think this is one of the worst example of costumer care of company like Micro max. in other hand HOME SHOP 18 person is saying that it is total Micromax's responsibility. local service center person suggesting me that i should not purchase handset from HOME SHOP 18? i am sharing the my worst experience with Home shop 18 cost.care also.

    My point is if it is a manufacturing detect as service center declared then why should i accept this handset?
    another point is i am suffering from last 2 months and wasted lot of time due to this deal who is responsible for that.Now i want to inform you that 1st Nov. onward i am leaving for abroad and till then if i do not get hand set then i would be in trouble.

    This time i expect that give the strict instruction to service center to clear my compliance within 7 days. Hope you will under stand the problem and defenatily contacted with Micromax service center at Jhansi U.P. i do not know that how much serious issue it is for you , it will show in your action only.

    I bought Micromax A 60 in May 2011 it started giving problem in September. it very bad quality phone and bad quality service. phone is in Service center since lat 2 months but not responding customer care executives.

    I gave my Micromax X 600 (Under warrenty) to Prince Communication Lalbagh Lucknow on 19th Septemcer 2011 jod order No. 11280 for repairing nd asked by them to get it back in 7 days after visiting their office some ten times they always promise to repair this in two days. I also registered a complaint some one month ago at Micromax Service Centre and ma complaint No is 2210117410 they people never call me when i call then they said we have closed your case i have still not got my phone.
    See how irresponsible Both Company and Service Centre is.

    The micromax mobiles are waste its waste of time to purchase micromax mobiles, i had purchased micromax cube of cost 3800/- two months back from the starting date itself the battery goes down for every 2 to 3 hours and display blinking error
    i went to the micromax service center near vijaytakies, vijayawada ,then i was shocked no body is responding its looks like lovers park i have faced irresponsible reply from them, at last they checked my cell and lastly they found that its battery problem so they told that will replace battery with in week to 10 days,they have know knowledge that when my battery will back , when i was calling to them they are extending my dates ite 10 to 12, 12 to15,15 to 20 after 20 days now its rises to 25 days but they dnt knw the exact date.
    How many days i have to wait , is it the way that micromax dealers speeks r do service to the customers
    its better to shutdown u r company
    and 2 people plz my humble request to u plz don’t purchase micromax mobiles if u then its waste of ur time and ur money and u need to round them like a donkey
    micromax its fooling people like any thing, its worst company ,

    My Issue,
    1) Why such delay.
    2) who will be resposible for the losses.

    Default Complain on Micromax

    This is in reference to my Complaint below to Mircro Max for the new handset which was purchased on 3rd Dec 2010. the Day i bought the mobile its has been giving me problem that the screen goes blank or the phone switches off by itself. i went to the shop and they did restore factory setting. Also they said if the problem persist then you should take it to the service center. I finally had to submit the handset that the service center since the problem persisted on 17th Dec. They said it will get resolved in 2-3 weeks . I have been requesting to replace my phone snce its defective from the day i bought it.

    Every time I approch the service center they as me to contact the customer care. When i call the customer care they say write to us as theydon't have the exact information on the handset and all they can say is that it will take time to resolve. Even today when i called the customer care they said it will take another 15 working days from today. I asked them to call and atleast update me they said they cannot make outgoing calls. I asked them to write to me they said they cannot write email as they have no access. They refuse to tranfer the call to any manager or higher authority or provide their email id. The email id mentioned below provides a very standard message.I have requested them for replacement as I am entitled for this.


    I don't understand why should a customer be penalised for companies fault. The company definately lacks standard customer service and they make the customer suffer. I don't have my personal phone operationaly due to companies fault . I would like my money to be refunded or the handset to be replaced. I would request you to take strict action against Micro Max and penalise them for causing inconvience to the customer.

    Default Micromax Q75

    Respected Sir,
    My name is Amit Parmar. I have purchase micromax Q75 on 12th June
    2011from Jasmin Mobiles, vadodara, gujarat. After 15 – 20 days my
    phone gets key problem which I have ignored after word there was some
    display problem in mobile. Due to that reason I have given my mobile
    to Micromax Authorized service center Ideal communication, vadodara,
    Gujarat on 18/08/2011 (Job card no: 2302226). After one & half month i
    got my mobile repaired.

    But now there new problem arises that my Q75 mobile Track ball is not
    working. Within Six month this is 2nd time my mobile gets
    problem.

    After getting repaired problem still persist, just within 2 days mobile
    still trackball is not working properly.
    I don't know whether there is problem in service or in product.

    As per service center executive, the main problem is faulty product not a
    service.
    If there is fault in product then I can't understand why micromax company
    does not under go for proper quality check, because within a 6 months this
    is 3rd time I have got problem in my mobile. My mobile spent more time with
    service center rather than me.

    Now I have to go to service center for repair of mobile and
    wait for more 2months.
    Since I have purchased my mobile I haven’t use it more than 3 months.

    Please Guide what should i do because There is no proper response from either from micromax company nor from micromax service center....
