I again called at no 011-65849050 today & Ms Mamta told me that still 3-4 days are required to repair the handset.
It clearly shows that there is some major problem in the handset & micromax service center is unable to resolve.
In view of the above a new handset must be issued to me to avoid any dispute.

I received a call on 18.11.11 for getting my handset from the customer care center from no 9266078915 on 21.11.11
I went to the center on dated 24.11.11(after a lapse of 4 days) & gave my slip to the one sitting on the counter who was aware of the call given to me on dated 18.11.11.
I waited for more than an hour & Mr Mohit told me that my handset has not yet been reparied & on asking when will I get back my handset,he refused to answer any query.
This is not happening with me only.Many other people are facing the same problem in the Customer care Center of Shadi Pur.
The Staff of this center is very rude & are always having party time in the center..
Let me know the reason for not returning the handset &Exact date & time on which i can collect the handset from the customer care of Shadi Pur Depot
You are also required to make compensation for harassment since 31.10.11
Please give me your reply urgently otherwise I will take legal action against micromax mobile company especially the staff of shadi pur Depot Customer care Center.

Today i went to the customer care center to collect my handset but again it was not given to me.
Customer Care Staff of Shadi Pur Depot is so irresponsible that they don't check their mails on daily basis leading to non collection of my handset.
It seems that my handset is not repairable or your service center is not capable enough to repair the same.
I have totally lost faith against this handset as well as for this model.
I must be allowed to purchase a new higher model by paying the differnece amount of the 2 models& compensation for harrasment.

I visited customer care centre of Shadi Pur Depot twice on dated 31.10.11 when Mr Mohit & Mr Alok assured me for repaired handset on 02.11.11 & then i visited on 03.11.11 but response was not given properly & Mr Mohit (9716860686) asked me to contact customer care directly through 44770000 but this no is going on busy.
This is the worst response i ever had from any customer care center.
Please exchange my handset with a new one at the earliest.
Retail Invoice & MRN is also attached
