I bought a Micromax mobile Q5 from palam new delhi. Within 10 days its display faulty & when I went to

the service center 'Telecom System' 84 Avtar enclave pachim vihar new delhi. contact number

011-45597018 & 9953489494 They submit this handset and given me complaint number 1577.

They told me that You can collect it next week But I followup from last month but still they are not repaired

handset. Finally they given me handset without repair. Sir, please help me in this case.

I want to claim to micromax company for new handset.
