I had purchased a micromax mobile Q5 fb vide bill no.315 dt.10.03.2010 from M/s Naveen Trading Co.153,MCD, market, Karol bagh, New delhi. After some time it hands free is not working properly. I submit it at M/s I P electronics, Guru Arjun Nagar,New Delhi on 29.5.2010. They given me a customer job Card no.186640 said to collect the new one after one week I went to the service center to collect the same they said to come after one week again. I visit to I.P. electronics many times but everytime they told me to come next week. And whenever i go there, their behaviour toward me is so much awkward and rude, they said that they will not get my handsfree replace at any cost and they also said that you can do whatever you want. I contacted to Mr. Ajit in technical department at your corporate office, Gurgaon on 30th June 2010, he also assure me to replace my handsfree within a week by 6th July 2010. but till date whenever i contact to Mr.Ajit , he doesn't answering me properly and make my call hold everytime. I contact him via phone call 10-15 times. Now I want to get my handsfree replaced immediate (12th july 2010).
Please do the needful because I am shocking a international co.how do like this.

my micromax q7 which i purchased 10 days back is giving me all the troubles since i purchased it as the wi fi/set is not getting connected with net.
the service centre at lucknow is situated in an incroached land devoid of any facility like space[its working in a gumti hardly 8*4sq ft],parking,services/aminities and above all rudest behaviour of unidentifiable/purely untrained personnel looking after services who istead of showing curtesy to harrassed customers will taunt them .forget that 'sir,' is a word in their diction .you are usually a puppet to get their attention services are a dream.

but my Handfree is not working from that day.

So please suggest that what I do for this?

ur company is ****ing busted.
It is good for nothing
chinese mobiles are better than ur sets.
So i request u to close ur company as soon as possible and stop forging others.
And start some other business with honesty not like micromax..

MICROMAX is a cheater and a bad service provider. i bought one in Lucknow and for the last four months have tried to contact the service provider but to no vail. He has an establishment some were out of the city. the set has become use less to me but account of finances I have to carry on. NO ONE should buy a MICROMAX SET. THEY OUGHT TO BE SUED IN A CONSUMER COURT.
