Dear Sir,

Its a very serious concern that i purchased Micromax C2i Handset from Nanak communications , 32 Sudershan complex , Ghala Mala chowk, Majitha road , Amritsar on dated 05/10/2009[/B] and due to some technical fault in handset and after getting it checked from Micromax service centre in amritsar , I got a DOA certificate from service centre to get the new handset in place of it. My Hand set is under gaurantee period and the same DOA certificate was submit to Nanak communication , Amritsar with a reply that they will get it in next 20 days but since 22/July/2010 after visiting so many times to dealer shop I failed to get handset and I was harrassed a lot in this regard. . Sir, I request you to kindly take an action on them and i will look forward to get justice onto this.
