i have brought a micromax Q5 mobile on date 03/03/2010, with one year Gurranty & warranty. but after one one my mobile earleed has damaged that i have deposit it to karan tele link LG-72 Ansal Arcade sec-18 Noida. on date 26/04/2010. But till date 05/06/2010 i can not recieved my earleed please do some thing for me ASAP.

i have a micro max modle no x114 buy on 14-02-2010, this mobile is dead automatically, given to the service centre located in jamshedpur ( mega enterprises) on 21- 05-2010,
they told me to inform me within 24 hrs. about the proble of the mobile. till now they did not call i call up in the customer care of micro max mobile company..... told them about the problem they givn me a 15 day time period for even then they not call. i call each and every day regarding this in micro max customer care and mega intrprises.

when i m asking about the phone the opereter and the machanic show their attatuide.
when company sent the board then we will make your mobile.

i need justice for my moble.

But till date 24/06/2010 i can not received my earleed please do some thing for me ASAP.

Dear Sir,
My name is Dharmendra Gadhavi and I bought Micromax x550 cube on 20/11/10. Since I had to gift it to my relative, I had not checked the box and gifted it to them. 2 days later I got the phone back stating camera not working. I talked to the dealer but he said me to go to customer care centre in ahmedabad bapunager. On 23/11/2010, I went to Micromax customer care, 1st floor, Vadilal Parkgate, Opp- Arvind estate, LBS road, Bapunagar-Ahmedabad. Ph-07922740238.
They took the phone for repairing/replacement as it was just 3day of purchase. I recieved the phone on 04/12/10 but when I got I was shocked to see that I was not my original phone which I gave. Also it had problem with camera switch. When I checked the IMEI no.- I saw my IMEI no. sticker near battery pasted in phone but when I checked by *#06#, It was not matching with original one. This suggested that I m cheated by the customer care. they changed my phone and gave me another faulty one.
Tell me what to do now or should I move to the consumer court with all evidences and file an FIR against the Micromax customer care for fraud. Reply today till the earliest or I have to proceed for getting justice.
