Dear sir,
i was deposited my Q5C PHONE, EMI A100001554CD34 on 23rd of sep. in s.k.enterprises SERVICE CENTER ,malka ganj chowk.job sheet no. is N030667-0911-231842.
i received my phone on 17.10.2011,Saturday, But when i
collect it there was only one screw which support full phone instead of
six screw. Then i told authorized service man he helped me and take my
phone and fill all hole with screw and tight it but there was one screw space
where a plastic cloth was there i think that hole may also absent one screw so
i broke that to see it, then that man told me it was a seal why u have
broken it ur phone is no more in warranty period. My phone has lots of warranty left,more then eight month.
my phone is still not working it contain the same problem like neither incoming nor outgoing phone call occure/ happen for certain period of time but as i switch off and switch on the phone it again working nicely but again when it will not woke no body knows it happen 3-4 time in a day.during that period when i switch off the phone it blinking and sound get lower and braked as well.when phone was return back to me it had an additional problem its music Key and volume Key was also not working.


so AGAIN i have deposited my phone on 17th oct,this time job sheet no is N030667-1011-281154(attached).
although Mrs Pawan kalra,head of both malka ganj and shadipur service center (S.K. INTERPRISES),told me company may return ur phone when they will see the broken seal .but he accepted my phone on shadipur service center.During that period i was touch with customer care service by email and he assured me that its not ur fault so we will repair ur handset because

i was requesting them, when u return the hand set please advice the customer about the seal,because on seal u have written" RS" A GENERAL PEOPLE CAN'T UNDERSTAND SO PLZ WRITE IT " SEAL NOT TO BE BROKEN" or either suggest ur service center care when they delivered they tell about the SEAL first of all. and they registered a complaint and compl. number is: MMX1810115021.
Now today (7.11.2011) when i reached to service center they told me your phone is return back and company will not repair it and give my phone without repair and told me you have broken the seal but when i saw my phone its condition was really worst two key pad was broken with lots of sketch marks on front and back panel so i denied to receive my phone and left it there, initially they told me, you gave the phone same condition but later they told we will prepare your keypad but not today we don't have that keypad.

please help me i am in deep trouble not only physical but mental as well.
