Dear Team,

Please note that a dualism Mixcromax mobile handset was bought from Sriram Towers Lucknow model X550. It became non function within 2 days ; it could not be charged and so by our continuous persuasion it was changed.

However as our luck which was Bad on purchasing/choosing micromax as a brand the phone again became dysfunctional after about a month of usage again the problem being “not being able to charge”

When I spoke to the customer care number all they could do is provide me the landline number of Lucknow service center. If this is what customer care is then please enhance the same.They also provided a wrong service center number through email.

my customer job card number is 1901836 dated 17/04/11.i submitted because of network problem and call log not show.Till date i have not received my phone.satguru communication told me that he send my phone to factory and in factory mother board of phone is not avlb hence unable to give me the delievry date of phone.
